Returns & Refunds

As Printful products are made to order, returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if there is an issue caused during production.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the problem

If your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate the issue.

If the problem is confirmed to be due to a production or fulfilment error, we’ll arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement item or a refund, at no additional cost to you.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly when placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not collected from the courier, additional postage charges may apply before it can be resent.

As each item is printed especially for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or other customer preference unless required by applicable consumer law.
