As many EllieBCreations products are personalised or made to order, returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the problem

Once we’ve reviewed the information, we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement item, a refund, or another appropriate resolution.

If your order has been lost in transit or you need to cancel your order, please get in touch as soon as possible. Please note that cancellations may not be possible once production or personalisation has begun.

Every order is carefully prepared, quality checked and securely packaged to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Greetings Cards are sent via Royal Mail Second Class, while most other EllieBCreations products are shipped using Evri Standard Delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, both services aim to deliver within 2–3 working days, although delivery times may occasionally vary depending on your location and the courier. (Evri)

Shipping costs are already included in the product price, so there are no additional postage charges to pay at checkout.
