After ordering, please email a clear photograph of the recipient to ellie.burnett@outlook.com within 24 hours, including your order number in the email. Your photograph will be used as the reference for creating the personalised character featured within the design.

Please measure your chosen bottle carefully before ordering, as bottle and existing label dimensions can vary considerably between brands and bottle styles. Your labels will be created to the measurements supplied with your order.
